How often should I bathe my baby?
Although some parents bathe their babies every day, until yours is crawling around and getting into messes, a bath isn’t really necessary more than once or twice a week. (Just wash his face frequently and thoroughly clean his genital area after each diaper change.) When you do bathe him, you may find it a little scary to handle your wiggly little one when he’s all soapy and slippery, so keep a good grip. Most babies find the warm water very soothing.

Where should I bathe my baby?
Instead of using a standard bathtub, which requires you to kneel or lean awkwardly over your baby and gives you less control over his movements, it makes sense to use the kitchen sink or a small plastic baby tub.

What’s the best way to give my baby a bath?
Here’s how to do it and what you’ll need to make baby-bathing easy. With any luck, his bath will become one of the most enjoyable parts of your days together:

1. Assemble all necessary bath accessories.

2. Fill the tub with 2 to 3 inches of water that feels warm but not hot, about 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius).

3. Bring your baby to the bath area and undress him completely.

4. Gradually slip your baby into the tub, using one hand to support his neck and head. Pour cupfuls of bath water over him regularly during the bath so he doesn’t get too cold.

5. Use soap sparingly (it dries your baby’s skin) as you wash him with your hand or a washcloth from top to bottom, front to back. Wash his scalp with a wet, soapy cloth. Use a moistened cotton ball to clean his eyes and face. As for your baby’s genitals, a routine washing is all that is needed. If dried mucus has collected in the corner of your baby’s nostrils or eyes, dab it several times with a small section of a moistened washcloth to soften it before you wipe it out.

6. Rinse your baby thoroughly with a clean washcloth.

7. Wrap your baby in a hooded towel and pat him dry. If his skin is dry, or if he has a bit of diaper rash, you may want to apply a mild lotion after his bath.

Victorian decorating means over-abundance and luxury and that is seen in the Victorian home décor which is still popular in the modern 21st century. The Victorain era from 1837 to 1901, the term Victorian architecture can refer to one of a number of architectural styles predominantly employed during the Victorian era. Victorian dollhouse furniture has the classic feel of the Victorian era-curved and rounded lines, high ended backs, and prominent detailed legs. Home decor started spare, veered into the elaborately draped and decorated style we today regard as Victorian. Small tiles floors are best fit for bathrooms.

Only specific Household Tastes can decide to go with Victorian bathroom installation, this not only a luxury but decoration of homes, which required “taste” rather than lavish expenditure.

A small part of the Utawarerumono DVD special, that I decided to tweak a little to show to my friends. It was made with absolutely no experience, and with the simple Windows movie maker. Kudos for the makers of the anime, for the makers of the unreal tournament clips, and to other entities aswell… whatever.

I lived there for 3.5 years. In August we found a great new place and had to take it immediately. I paid rent for both my new house and the old condo in August because I wanted to do the right thing and give her 30 days notice. I also wanted to make sure the place was spotless so I could get my deposit back.

The entire condo is in much, much better condition than when I moved in. I had the 40 year old cabinets painted white by a professional, with my landlord’s permission. I replaced the horrible spider webbed and dingy garden with a pretty bench and plant stand with brand new plants at her request, I left all of that when I moved, it looks great. I replaced the bathroom fixtures that were from the 80’s with new brushed nickel fixtures. This was all at my own expense. She now says it will cost her at least $3,000 to get the place ready to rent. I think she just wants to keep my money because I found out that there were termites and a bad water heater right when I was moving out and she doesn’t have the money to give me. The termite inspector cleared the place in June. I still have that receipt.

I am so mad right now. I dealt with all kinds of crap with this rental… a hole in the ceiling for 3 months after a pipe burst and she was "too busy" to get it patched by her handyman husband. A heater that had to be turned off at the circut breaker because the thermostat was broken. Certain nasty bugs that infested the areas outside, so we couldn’t even go outside at night. You wouldn’t believe the MOLD. (That was the biggest part of why we moved…my daughter kept getting very ill with asthma from the mold.) The list goes on and on.

So the carpet is the only issue that I take responsibility for. There are stains caused by us. It needs to be replaced in the family/dining room and the master bedroom. I think a total of maybe 450-500 sq. feet, if that. (the entire condo is 860 sq. ft. with stairs) The carpet was already at least 1-2 years old and not in great shape when we moved in.

the carpet is replaced pretty much everytime a new tenant moves in an apartment. She would have been doing that regardless. You should consult a lawyer cause she is taking advantage of you.

Where can I find a double sink to fit this small bathroom? All I see are 55" – 72" width sinks. I currently have a single sink with vanity.

Consider a single, wide shallow sink with two water facets. This will make better use of the space and give you the function that you want.
