I have a small sink with counter and cabinet that I want to remove from my bathroom but I’m giving it to someone else. There are only a couple of screws that I see holding it to the wall. What it the best way to remove it without ruining it?

Usually, the only firm attachment (once you remove the plumbing) is the screws you see. It’s pretty much held down by it’s own weight. However, there’s probably caulk where it meets the wall and floors. You’ll need to use a utility knife and perhaps some careful prying to break that bond.

Its better to consult a Bathroom Specialist rather than working on your own. If you want to try yourself, make sure that you turn off the tap and Confirm that all plumbing is disconnected from the sink. Place a rag in the main drain to block any gases. Loosen the nuts and remove them carefully. Cut the seal with a utility knife that is between the counter and the rim of the sink. Or, if the sink and counter top are one piece, cut the seal along the vanity. To remove it, use a small pry bar.

But be careful while working with it..Consult a Bathroom Specialist(alltradesuk.com) if required.
